At Austin Premier Nannies, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality child care. All of our caregivers are carefully screened and must pass all of our strict employment requirements. Our caregivers are at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of childcare experience, are CPR/First Aid certified, as well as reference and background checked. About the Owner
Born and raised in small town Minnesota, Austin Premier Nannies owner, Meghan Copler, has always had a passion for working with kids and families. She started as the neighborhood babysitter at 12 and was a part-time nanny by 14. Meghan attended Stephens College in Columbia, MO where she earned her BFA in Theater Arts with a minor in Music. After college, she found her way back to Minneapolis where she continued nannying and worked several years at the world-renowned Guthrie Theater as Associate Company Manager. Finally ready to escape the brutal winter, she packed up her car and moved to sunny Los Angeles in 2017 where she set out to making nannying her career. Meghan worked for several high-profile clients in LA and NY before moving to Austin to work for a family in 2019.
Meghan currently lives in Austin, TX with her sweet goldendoodle, Georgia. When not working, she loves to hike, paddleboard, play guitar, and travel as much as possible!
