We thoughtfully match you with a selection of our pre-screened, Premier nannies. We share their resume/bios with you and you let us know which ones you are interested in meeting with.

We schedule the initial interviews with your prospective nannies. These can be done in-person or online, whichever you are more comfortable with.

Once you have found the nanny of your dreams, we guide you through the hiring process. Even after you have made the hire, we are always just a phone call or email away for any questions that may come up.
